  • Jobs over £1,000: A 50% upfront payment is required during booking

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 48 hours prior to service: Full deposit refunded
  • If canceled between 24 and 48 hours prior to service: 50% of the deposit refunded
  • If canceled less than 24 hours prior to service: Deposit is non-refundable
  • For emergency service cancellations: A fee of £100 applies

5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee

In cases of emergency services, if we're unable to respond within 2 hours, the following measures will apply:

  • A 20% reduction on the service call charge
  • Your service will be escalated to the next available time slot

Should there be any delays in the project due to unexpected site conditions or material availability, we will communicate the revised timelines and make necessary schedule adjustments.

6. Safety and Site Conduct
